DELIVERY POLICY
1. Scope of application
This policy applies to all orders using the shipping service of Sao Viet Cargo Transport Company Limited (Vietstar Cargo) nationwide and internationally.
2. Delivery method
Door-to-door delivery: Vietstar Cargo receives goods at the sender's address and delivers them to the recipient (if the area supports it).
Delivery at the warehouse: Customers can actively send and receive goods at Vietstar Cargo's warehouses or offices.
Combination: Receive goods at the warehouse and deliver them to the recipient (or vice versa).
3. Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the type of service the customer chooses (express, economical, road, sea, air).
Vietstar Cargo will notify the estimated delivery time as soon as the order is confirmed.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, traffic, customs policies, etc.), delivery time may change. We will notify customers as soon as possible.
4. Shipping fee
Shipping fee is calculated based on: volume, size, type of goods, sending and receiving locations, and accompanying services (packaging, insurance, warehousing, etc.).
The specific fee will be quoted and confirmed before delivery.
Vietstar Cargo can adjust the fee schedule without prior notice, however, confirmed orders will be kept at the agreed fee.
5. Checking and handing over goods
Customers are responsible for checking the condition of the goods upon receipt.
If damage, missing goods or errors are detected, please make a record and notify Vietstar Cargo immediately within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
After this period, Vietstar Cargo will not be responsible for any complaints about the condition of the goods.
6. Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate information about the sender, recipient, type of goods, weight, value, and special requirements (if any).
Ensure that the goods are not on the list of prohibited goods according to the law.
Pack the goods properly, especially for fragile goods, high-value goods or special goods.
7. Vietstar Cargo responsibilities
Carry the goods safely, at the committed time and place.
Compensate for damages (if any) within the scope of responsibility or according to the transportation contract.
Keep the information of goods and customer information confidential.
